RETURNS
Should the return be due to an error by " BATTS4U.Com " we will pay all ground shipping costs to replace your purchase within 30 days of invoice date. Replacement will be made on return and inspection of products. Items should be returned in original packages, warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly changed, misused in any way or warranty labels have been tampered with.
Customer credits will be refunded back to the original credit card used at purchase.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' statement, please allow one to two billing cycles for a refund.
WARRANTY
All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email or call our sales department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return products to us within 30 days of invoice date and we will refund the full Battery purchase price.
All products have a 12 month replacement warranty form date of invoice to original purchaser and will perform or exceed OEM Specifications under normal use.
